How do I place my Order?

To place your order, follow these steps : Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag). ‘Shopping Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How do I recieve my Order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Can I trust online payment?

We know it’s hard to trust making payments online, but we have a secured network, which provides you with hassle-free cash payment methods. We also have a few other ways you can make payments.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?

It usually takes 5 working days to receive a particular order, but we apologize if we didn’t make it in the mentioned time period. Email us on info@campussutra.com or call us at 9900008413.

What is your return policy like?

f you would like a return for your order because of some faults or defects, just email us your queries along with the order number at info@campussutra.com and return the products in its original condition within 30 days. Note: Used items will not be accepted so do make sure the product returned remains intact. For more information, please go through our return policy on the website.

What is Campus Sutra’s 30 days Return Policy? How does it work?

If you would like a refund for your order because of some faults or defects, just email us your queries along with the order number at info@campussutra.comand return the products in its original condition within 30 days. You will receive your refunded amount which excludes shipping charges

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

Order can be cancelled at ‘My Orders’ page, before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, or by emailing us along with the order number at info@campussutra.com.

How do I create a Return Request?

You can return products purchased from Campus Sutra within 30 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.
1. Create a Return Request under “My Orders” section of App/Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the Return button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
3. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

How do I create an Exchange Request?

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Campus Sutra, please follow below mentioned steps:
1. You can create exchange for products purchased from Campus Sutra within 30 days of its delivery under “My Orders” section of the website. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference
2. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
3. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
4. At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of Website

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

We take 1 to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods at Campus Sutra to initiate NEFT transfer and 7 to 10 days for refund into your Credit/Debit/Netbanking account, after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. In case of any refund discrepancies, Campus Sutra may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, you will receive a separate Return ID via e-mail for each item. If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet. If mode of return is Pickup, our courier person will pick up the products from the pickup address.

Where should I self-ship the Returns?

Wherever we do not have coverage for Return Pick. You can self ship return and share with us the AWB no. Your refund will be processed along with the courier charges below Rs. 100/- once we receive the product.

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within 30 days from the date of delivery. For more details, please call our customer care.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
